Shipping policy

Current processing time (updated 3/21/26):

Orders currently require 3-4 business days processing time before being shipped. This applies to any order placed after 12 pm EST on 5/19/25. 

"Standard Shipping": is USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail Or UPS Ground depending on the weight of package. Packages under 1 lb are shipped First Class. Packages over 1 lb are shipped Priority. Shipping Time for both First Class & Priority = 1-3 business days.*** 

 ***Please note, while we guarantee our processing time, we cannot guarantee shipping times. Shipping time estimates are provided by third party carriers, and are only estimates. Delays are possible, and unfortunately out of our control.*** 

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. 🤍 Don't forget to include your apartment or suite number when applicable. 

Missing Packages: If your package has been marked as delivered, and you have not received it, please contact the local office of your third party carrier (USPS or UPS) to see if they can help locate your package. We insure all orders over $75, but if the package is marked as delivered, we are unable to file an insurance claim and therefore unable to replace or refund packages marked as delivered. 

Insufficient Address: If USPS is unable to verify your address, or we notice your address is incomplete, we may try to contact you via email to verify your address.  Please note, this is a courtesy and it is not our responsibility to verify your address. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, your order will be refunded, MINUS the cost of shipping and a $3 restock fee. If your order qualified for free shipping, we still subtract the cost of shipping to cover our expenses.   

Returned Packages: If you provide an incorrect or insufficient shipping address and your package is returned to us, you must pay to cover the cost of re-shipping. If we are unable to contact you, or you decide not to pay the re-shipping cost, we will refund your order MINUS the cost of shipping and a $3 restock fee. If your order qualified for free shipping, we still subtract the cost of shipping to cover our expenses.
